  1. Mental Health Review form improvements

    We are using the MH Review form - would it be possible - in line with QOF requirements to ask about the following: ask about occupation and any current concerns at work ask patient if knows about recognising if having a relapse and what would they do in that situation? eg contact friends / surgery etc. thank you

  2. Task list

    When searching for a submission by a patient, all the tasks are listed, but there are no dates of when the request was submitted. Could the Task list show the date of submission?

  4. FFT Results in a monthly report format

    would benefit all practices. Download a report of the FFT data and comments. Data can be a pie chart showing the 5 criteria patients select from Easy to present to practice staff. Currently having to go through each response - very laborious, incredibly time consuming. Comments could be a PDF report. Again very time consuming to go into each reply and look at comments. it's 15 August and we already have approx. 100 responses.

    When filing a list of tasks, the Code button could stand out a little more. Also default have the file all ticked in the central box?
